Great Asset

Mpumelelo, I hope I got his name right. He is in the cancellation department. He is a great asset for the company, knows what he is all about. Knows the product very well. Was even able to tell me about a promotion going on for Price Lock customers, as the lady who initially called me did not update my account or tell me about any promotions. Mpumelelo is a great customer service agent. I rate him 10/10
