Great and Excellent Service

<p>In November last year my insurance for both my decoders was cancelled by Insurance department when they were running a batch. The 24th of Feb I was paying so little on my subscription so I requested to know why, they told me that because I cancelled my Insurance, which I never did, I was put through to Insurance spoke to Glory who explained the error from her side and advise me that she won't re instate the insurance because the decoders I am using are phased out meaning we can not insure them..so she gave me a Reference so that in future should I have a problem with my decoders they can be changed without a glitch. However both my decoders had problems in viewing, I couldn't pause, record or rewind. I called the insurance and spoke to Kevin who told me to wait for 48 hrs for the Insurance to be re instated meaning I can only be able to watch Tv on Wednesday 28 which was obsurd really, I didn't want to speak to him further then I spoke to Firaaz Baker the Supervisor, He deserves the Title even more, he gave me the best service went out of his way to satisfy me with good customer service. Firaaz Well done we need people like you in SA, WELL DONE:)..I have my two explorers and enjoying the view so much. To Firaaz's Boss you have the Best Supervisor in your department.</p>
