Hi,<br> <br> I added a new account to my existing account. I paid R320,00 and then 5 days later my account got debited with R180, 77 which I really do not understand. Please refund that money ASAP. I am not gonna wait for 14 working days as your consultant said. I want it to be refunded and credited into my account with 2 days from now because I did not authorise the debit in the first place. The Consultant who was assisting me assured me that money would not go off via debit this month as the actual debit day has passed and the debit went off on that date. The only reason I opted to pay directly at PEP was after I was assured no debit would go off. Please REFUND ME NOW.<br> <br> NO STORIES, NO 14 DAYS waiting. It took you one day to debit the account, why refunding after so many days?????<br> <br> <br> PLEASE, you inconvenience us.
