Got disconnected for no reason

I am forced to give 1 star, which is not the truth. I signed up for the Stream package. Have a debit order in place. December 2025 was my second month. Then suddenly my account was just blocked. Contacted support and was told 24 to 48 hours before connection. Not offering pro rata refund for the mistake on their side. Then 2 days later tried to access account, it was completely disconnected with only like 3 channels. The excuse... I did notmpay, but they can clearly see fr9m my mobile app the debit order was taken. Again, told they will resolve in 24hrs. It is weekend, and we paid because we watch sports. When I told them it is not acceptable, I was told to visit their offices....on my driving cost. Worst service ever.

I requested a cancellation of the subscription because of no service.
