Goods Not Received

<p>My husband and i participated in the price lock dstv premium package deal promotion. We received two call that our package is being delivered by we are still waiting. We called DSTV to follow up and we where told by the concultant that it shows on the system that we have received our order and that we are active on the sytem. We then told the consultant that we havent received the package and so we cant be active and we where told that they are going to investigate the matter. The problem here is that the debit order is starting on the 01 February and it will be unfair that the debit order will go through when we dont have our package yet. I would like to request to DSTV to stop the debit order until the investigation is done and all is sorted. </p>
