Hi,

1st and foremost, i'd like to mention that for myself, as a customer on the extra package DSTV really isnt so bad. Call center agents are always helpful. the shows can be a bit boring and too many repeats but thats just how it works i guess.

I have noticed though, that there could be a few more improvements to be added on dstv. I have googled, trying to find who i can contact regarding ideas that i believe will make for better viewing but have failed to find anything. Please understand that I'm not pitching a new show or channel, Just a few tweaks that will be appreciated by the customers.

Please assist with referring me to the person this may concern.
