Good Service

My grandmother had a claim.. her house was broken into and the decoder got damaged as the ******* stole the televison.. I called Multichoice on her behalf as she is quiet old and was assisted by Mashudu Tshilongwane.. The service she gave me was excellent.. though i had to drive to Pampierstad for all papers to be signed, as soon as my part was done she carried on with the claim.<br> <br> She even called the people who were supposed to deliver the decoder to query the delivery delay.<br> <br> Thank you Mashudu for going an extra mile and for the good service received from Multichoice.
