Good Response
After experiencing a problem wiyh acquiring a detailed damage report from Multichoice and having to pay another company for the report, I received a call from Sandile of Multichoice after posting a complaint on Hellopeter. Sandile apologised for what happened and informed me that my account will be credited with the amount that I paid for the damage report thereby making good for the problems that I had experienced. Thank you to Sandile and Multichoice.
