Good morning,my name is Busisiwe Magwaza,on Tuesday around 2pm I went to Multichoice in Pinetown branch to change my decoder as it was not working and I have insurance that i have been paying for year's now,the service that I received from the staff there was terrible, infact I became a laughing stock,they completely Refused to change it and said there's nothing wrong with it I must take it back home,there was 4 of them ganging up against me making remarks as if I'm crazy,they even said they won't be told by me about their job and they don't need to prove anything to me,I must go to Mhlangaband Durban branch if Im not happy,they were so Rude!!! Embarrassing me in front of other customers,I asked for a person in charge and they just ignored me,I told them that I will escalate this further,the following day I went Durban branch and my decoder was exchanged for a new one.
