Good morning, my name is Siphokuhle Stenlly Ntenga, ***.ID ***. Can you please help me with my problem with Dstv multichoice, I had to pay an amount that I did not know of, which is R185 instead of R140 that I'm aware of. I contacted them and the consultant placed me on onhold for long time and no one came back to me with the relevant answers as I wanted to know why was I not notified when my monthly subscription is increasing. Though they have multiple options of communicating with their customers.I now feel like this is going to continue happening to us as customers and their are those whom are vulnerable and will be taken advantage of. Your help will be highly appreciated.
