Good day My name is Basil Siviwe Nene. I have a complaint about MultiChoice Dstv insurance. On 2nd May 2025 I went to their walk-in centre in Mdantsane Mall to report a faulty decoder which had a problem with HDMI and they accepted that the insurance is up to date. They didn't have stock at the time so the email was sent to their insurance company with ref no: ***. On the 5th of May after I had written an email they phoned me to confirm everything, and they said someone will be sent to change the decoder. On 12 May I reminded them by email and I phoned them again on the 15 but nothing happens. My last email was on 15 May after my phone call to them and I told them I'm taking further steps.
