Good day, I ordered the home wifi package from DSTV on the 24.11.2022. The router was delivered a week later, they told me it would take 21 days for them to come and install the fibre to my home. To date nobody has bothered to phone me with regards to this. I am the one that has to phone them but nobody can give me a time and date when this will be installed. I am extremely disgusted in the service I am receiving. In addition I was billed for the wifi service in December 2022?????
