Good day I have a complaint about Multi choice

Good day I have a complaint about Multi choice. We rented a movie on the 30th which was never available to watch but still I was charged for the movie. I called too many times with empty promises that the matter will be sorted out. I called 5 times on the 30th and also called Tuesday still I was promised the money that is added on my next installment will be reversed, till to date nothing has been done. Multi choice sucks their service is the reason why people are leaving to Netflix. My account number is ***5 Contact details *** I spoke to Sonke Mkhwa**** and Celeste and forgot the other people's name. I kept on getting below stupid message over and over again. DStv: Oh no! Your initial BoxOffice rental request was unsuccessful, so we have resent the movie to you. We hope you enjoy!
