Going the extra mile

On 28/10/15 I installed a Explora decoder that I bought almost a year ago. So I had to call the call centre to activate my new smartcard. I was so surprised when my call was answered very quickly. The person who assisted me was friendly and even gave me so additional information regarding the Explora and what I can do with my old PVR. The Explora worked fine for about 5 min then I saw that it gave an error message. I knew there will maybe be some issues because of all the software updates I missed. I called again. My call was answered in seconds and the consultant assisted me patiently explaining every thing step by step. So it worked again for 5 min and then gave another error. So I called again two more times and both calls was answered quickly, the consultants was efficient and friendly. Not getting impatient with me and trying to resolve my problem. In the end it was my DIY installation that was the problem. So the last consultant requested me to disconnect and reconnect everything. Even though I had to call 4 times, I am very impressed with the service that I received from those four consultants. Thank you so much!!!
