I payed my acc then it shows an error E16-4 when i phoned the call centre i was told they offline due to maintance i must call bck the next day after 5pm i did they i get told they still offline but it will be bck on by today at 7am i called just to b informed they dont know when it will b bck on they quick to suspent your viewing if u one day late but now its 3 days without signal that i payed for how r they going to compansate the clients for this i feel like canceling my dstv nd rather buy an open view decoder

22 Aug 2019, 13:22Phned dstv this morning was told by 10 they wud b up nd running phne bck at 10 they say 12 phne at 12 they say phne at 1pm u phne at 1pm u get told they dnt know when it will b up nd running they quick to stop ur viewing if u pay late but they dont give the service u pay for who is going to compansate the viewers for all these phne calls we need to make to get a service from them which we already payed for this is uterly bad service never had these problems with mnet years bck
