Giving up on my request
Hi hellopeter I received a call from a woman agent on 26/01/2022 that wants me to explain what my complained was I referred her to my email from the 19/01/2022 it is self explanatory why can't she look at my email for the 19/01/2022.I don't understand why when you do a email you get a call and you must repeat what was said in the email.I am now giving up with this matter

28 Jan 2022, 19:54How long does it take to sort out my complaint from the 19/01/2022 pathetic sorry but I have lost all trust in Multichoice Dstv.You can quickly switch you off if a day late and you must immediately pay before you can be connected.
