give me back my money
I was told my monthly payment would be R972. Yet you deducted R 1987.01 from my account 4th April. I got a confirmation email 6th April from DStv, that you would return R1016.84 and it would reflect with 72 hours. It is now 6 days!

12 Apr 2022, 20:56yeah well, I was promised the money back on the 6th. I was told on email 48-72 hours, which takes us to the 9th. its now the 12th! why are you allowed to earn interest on my money?
