GIANT BUT USELESS COMPANY

This happened on Saturday and again today

I paid this business in on the 3rd March, my subscription was not suspended or anything.. Saturday morning boooom they suspended my viewing, took my money to call them the whole Saturday and still I was not sorted, eventually got called on Sunday and only after the call was about an hour they opened my viewing... but that time I had to send over 20 screenshots to them. This morning I woke up and again suspended... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? WHO IS GOING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR ALL THE CALLS AND SUSPENDED VIEWING? I FEEL LIKE MULTICHOICE IS JUST A BIG COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR SUBSCRIBERS.
