Getting Invoice and Statement
I am struggling to get an invoice from DSTV for Mixtelematics Africa. They run a debit order from the company's account but I always have to request the invoice for that billing monthly. I sent the email on July 13 and got a reference number #*** but I never got any of the information required. I then resent this email reference on the 24th still no response. I then called in and the consultant put me on hold after 10 minutes, I ended the call and sent another request and got a ***. It is now August. I am unable to complete part of the debit orders on our company bank and it is costing more on the telephone calls that I make to DSTV as I have been on hold for too long. And I actually don't get the invoice and statement without having to ask for it and now this is becoming impossible to get.
