getting E16-4 error when I don't owe you on my acc
I am highly disappointed that you guys send me an E16-4 error saying my account might be in arrears when in fact it is not. Payment on my account is only due on the 10th of November. I always pay my account in advance. Have been trying to resolve this error using your website but nothing seems to be happening. This is very bad service that you giving me
