Generic response
I had a Dualview PVR it broke in 2015 I took it in as I had insurance. I was then told because Multichouce doesn't have the technology to give me 3 viewing option as I had. Dualview and a HD PVR. Currently Multichoice does have the option to link 3 decoders to one subscription. Now I have to buy another decoder to enable me to have 3 viewing channels again. Was this all a **** from Multichoice or what. I really feel like Multichoice is not looking out for its long term customers
I get a generic response. from DSTV. I need someone to call me.

Apologies for the frustration.
For 3 viewing option; only the HD Decoder and Explora decoders can support this functionality. These are options for trade-in: http://campaigns.dstv.com/explora/sd-pvr-trade-in/
Customers now needs to replace SD PVR with an Explora, then purchase 2 HD Decoders or 2 Explora decoders or 1 Explora + 1 HD Decoder. Correspondence was sent to customers regarding the old decoders (as per my last response), where the older decoders are not able to cope with the new technology and the new technology not being able to support the older decoders.
