General operating rules

DSTV have changed the way one can start and stop the service, and now one seem only to be able to stop the service on the 28th of every month (previously one can have it running only for a day). Last night I tried to disable my subscription, yet have been unable to do that using my phone, although I can change the subscription, and do most of the stuff I can do using a desktop PC. This morning I tried to log in using my desktop PC [URL Removed] yet I cannot log in at all (the login button remains grey). Popups, java code etc. are enabled. I have used Chrome, IE and Firefox browsers. I am registered to use the site, and can even register a new account. I can log in via my phone, so their website is not down. After about 20 minutes I managed to log in using Google+ that allowed me to Disconnect the Package (with a bit of searching). <br> My complaint is that DSTV appears to making the disabling of packaged as difficult as possible. Why guys.
