Gatvol with ***

I am not writing this to rate the service of a big institution like Multichoice. I am just gatvol and tired of being ****** of my money and when I call in to be assisted the pathetic staff advise that they resolved it. My Boxoffice account has been giving me endless problems for the past 4 to 5 months. I have rented Take Back 3 times and all 3 times I have not watches the movie. I CALLED IN ALL 3 TIMES AND EVERYTIME THEY SAY IT WAS RESOLVED. The last time they never even refunded me my money. Again I tried to hire Barakat and again I send the code but the movie doesn't come. Can someone please resolve this and refund me my or not process the movie on my account.
