Gatvol with DSTV

I am so sick of calling DSTV ( their self help platforms have very limited options/responses).I called this morning as it wasn't downloading programs from CatchUp. I went through the usual disconnect/reconnect until my airtime ran out. I was told someone would call me back. They didn't. Now I have no signal(so from bad to worse) and have been told I need to contact an installer. GATVOL!
