GATVOL VIR DSTV!!!!!!!!!!

Can you please explain to me what does price lock mean????? Since I joined price lock for R949.... Why do I need to pay more than R2000 a month for this ****???? And it never stops. There's always something outstanding???? And not to mention my airtime phoning to sort out their incompetence or their ********** schemes. Sick and tired
