GATVOL OF DSTV
I am so GATVOL of DStv. They blocked my channels and stopped my viewing, it hasn't even been a month since my last payment. My due date is normally the 29th of the month but, since my dish has been off almost whole of February I paid on 19 February to have it switched on again. Now today is the 5 March not even a month yet and they blocked my channels. The total due is R508 even though I changed to the family package which is R399 per month. They keep sending me sms to pay my internet as well is that amount not included in the monthly subs.

07 Mar 2023, 13:16DStv is telling me that I owe them money. Their whatspp gave me the amount that needs to be paid as well as the cashier where I made the payment. I made the payment on 19.02.2023 they told me I paid 04.02.2023. Telling me I must make another payment of R483.86 while their whatapp shows an amount of R508. So DStv wants a total of R860 86 paid for the family package + R508. I REALLY AM GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF DSTV. Blerrie ****** ripping people off.
