Gatvol of DSTV

I have ordered the DSTV internet with the self helping online system . I have not received it as yet and yet my tracking shows that it was delivered . Upon phoning the call center and speaking to almost all consultants I THINK nobody can help me . To make matter worse for me I have been charged already for the service I did not receive yet . My account has been wrong ever since and i just keep paying cause all I hear is "my matter has been escalated and they will call me back" UP UNTIL TODAY NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK ........is there anyone that can please help me out ??
