GATVOL for DSTV

Good day,

Can someone please tell me when my explora2 is going to be delivered to me? My order NR is 546945, your call center is not very helpful. i waited 3 weeks for approval and now i am waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery when my sms says it wont take longer than 4 days.

I need some feedback asap as i am getting fed up with flipen waiting and waiting and waiting!!!!!

and then i get given a nr for the "courier company" to call them and find out whats up and then i find out it is another company doing dstv decoders and stuff called "ONAIR tv"

i really need someone to step and do what they are paid for. i have been waiting for 6 weeks now from application stage untill now!! I AM GATVOL OF WAITING AND NO ONE CAN GIVE E AN ANSWER.

Cmon DSTV(Multichoice) sort this **** out. ill be waiting like i have for 6 weeks!!!!!
