Dstv expects customers to pay for services they do not get. My extra view has not been working for days and when I called in I was told that the problem will be solved in 2 hours, called again and ws told that they cannot resolve the extra view problem and then again I was told that the system was offline. I am spending more airtime calling Dstv than the value of their pathetic service.
