DSTV... once again in arrogance you have decided to hand me over to a debt collector for money you are trying to ******.....

I do not appreciate you forcing me to pay you for an over extension of your service that was not requested.... nor do I appreciate your insouciance in handing me over to a debt collector because you assume you can simply bully me into paying you. I owe you NOTHING. I dont care if you have a new system or other issues... apparently you call center thinks I should take pity on you and pay you for this reason ?

We have had this incident before and after that when I reinstated this account you agreed to pre-payment and no service beyond what I paid your for..... so that we could avoid this situation and you slandering my name for your gratuitous pleasure.

Yet, here we are again.... I will not pay you,sort this out, or I will take you to court using my own previous experience with you as precedence..... I am tired of your poor business principles..... and now I remember why you havent had air time in my life for so long.... your service offering sucks.
