Game Welkom and Dstv bad service once again

<p>We bought a decoder from Game Welkom only to find out that the card is not paired to the decoder. The installer said he would get everything registered as well but could not. So we have to go back and sort it out because DSTV call center cannot assist us. What kind of quality control is in place if any that allows a decoder to be in a store when it has a factory fault? Why do we have to go back and forth at our cost to sort it out and get another decoder? </p>
