I am 10 days without service. I called DSTV to downgrade me from premium to compact in Feb. One month later the service was terminated and I received an sms saying I owe dstv +R1 400 of which was ridiculous given that premium is only +R 900.
I called DSTV and I was they reduced the amount I owe to R 400. I was not happy but paid it and DSTV confirmed that I owe nothing. I called Dstv to re connect but they said they were going to call me back and nobody called. I called today and now I owe them R300. Just to sum it up the call center when I called in the background somebody was saying in "ISIZULU" JUST wait for him to run out of airtime. The last person I spoke to is ZINHLE KHOZA.
