Fustrated

Iam really dissappointed and fustrated at Dstv , My premium was R499 and I received an sms saying I will be charged R625 when I called Yesterday the lady I spoke to said they will only charge me R547 including Showmax I must not worry , when I wokeup I found that was charged R625 and now my other debit order bounced and Fnb charged me R110 how fair is that. So I call today and the lady I just spoke to says there is a credit of R63 how is that fair you need to reimbuirse me the debit order fee of R110 and cannot wait to cancel this bladdy service
