<p>On the 10th of October i have made payment of R223 for my mothers account emailed proof of payment to six employees Lucia Mundhla, Lungile Sishi, Sifiso Makanya and Ndileka since she was in errors. every two days the Dstc is reconnected because the funds are unallocated. Kagiso Moloto was the supervisor who again told me to email the bank statement. I made the payment using my cellhone banking using the buy option and not the payment option hence i was stuggling to email the proof of payment and opted for the bank statement as per the advice i received from the multi choice consultants. Can i please have the payment allocated to my Mothers account ********** . My bank also gave me the trace number which i have provided to multichoice, this is tiring and very fustration, can i please be helped.</p>

I have emailed you the information you required and i thought my issue has been resolved. I really dont enjoy calling DSTV everyday for one issue, its been 21 days and still nothing has been done. The payment i have made is still on unallocated i mean how long does it take for funds to be allocated. I am so disapointed in Multichoice and the sad part is am not getting any assistance.
