Furious with Multichoice
I am on Price Lock with Multichoice and they keep saying i have two decoders when iI only have one. I have called and emailed them and they said they are looking into the matter till today nothing has been done to a point were this has put me in a BAD possession because I made a credit request and was declined because they have listed the decoders on ITC now I have a bad name.
I can not apply or get credit anywhere, my credit score is affected by something I know nothing off.
Multichoice keeps promising to fix this but nothing has been done until now.
