FURIOUS CUSTOMER I

I've called in around 7 o'clock to query about the email I've received regarding my 24 month contract ending on the 25 December 2024. The lady who assisted me was overly happy and friendly to assist me. She said she'll log a call for someone to contact me regarding the upgrade. When we were on the call, she said I must click on the link to accept the premium on the email to renew my contract, but then nothing really happened on my side. She locked a call for someone to call me regarding the upgrade and gave me a reference number should I need to query. To my SURPRISE when I went to the app my premium for the 25th November INCREASED. How is that possible for a contract that was supposed to run its course?!? That's mos not how a contract works!!!! I was suppose to pay the same amount on the 25 November and only start paying the new premium from 25 December. No wonder you guys are running a lost, now you're trying to make up for it from your loyal customers?? We've been loyal customers for 20 years. Please sort this mess out before my husband's debit order date 25 November. This is unacceptable!!!
