Furious customer
I wrote a complaint on here a few days ago they responded saying they will look into the matter I had no response after that. After calling back and forth again they managed to help me. I was grateful for that and a day later they disconnected me again saying I have an outstanding balance. What Micky mouse clubhouse is DStv running?

16 Oct 2022, 11:28I really don't think so I will be sending a complaint to the ombudsman I feel like there is nothing else that I can do I just spoke to someone again and she said she was going to get back to me but I'm still waiting.
