Good Morning Multichoice
What da **** is going on in your accounts department I have 3 decoders that are supposed to be on a payment fixed plan of R691.
I want to cancel this account and plan option with immediate effect.
I cannot be calling in every month for the same problem how in the hell can I be paying R1285?
I do not want an explanation I want to pay off the ultra decoders and only have the bare minimum plan.
I have these 3 decoders I have been paying R750 every month now all of a sudden its R1285.00 for ****ing entertainment.
I did not reverse the ****ing amount but your consultants says I reversed it how in the hell did I reverse it when your *********** system reversed it.

28 Feb 2023, 12:10I need this resolved immediately because everyone I have called says I reversed it Number 1 my account had more than enough money into the account.
The reversals comes from how your system allocates money.
I want to cancel my plan for the ultra fee which is still 10 months outstanding.
