Furious client

<p>I upgraded from HD decoder to Dstv explora/PVR, i gave my mum the HD decoder because She was using the old one, when she used her card on the decoder it gives error E1074. When i call the consultants to ask if they can help link the HD decoder to the card that my mum is currently using they tell me different stories, the other one says i must change ownership and other one tells me its impossible.</p> <p> </p> <p>what is this though? ??
