Furious client

I'm furious Multichoice is robbing us off.......i pay multichoice every month on the 21st and they keep on disconnecting my decoder even last week it was disconnected I spoke to Neo, Karabo, Karen and they kept on telling me that they don't know why I'm disconnected.....on Tuesday I was disconnected again I called 8 times trying to get someone to reconnect me and I had to get a stay on the line for 28 minutes then my call gets cut off. I went directly and I was told I don't owe multichoice any money my debit goes off on the 21st every month but my dish is disconnected I spoke to 5 people today and non of them helped me or told me why I'm disconnected they all say I don't owe multichoice and they don't know why I'm disconnected.
