Furious about a closed account deduction!!

We called dstv and communicated with Karmenie Govender via email, asking them for a settlement amount for the DSTV Wifi Connector device as we're not using it. Asked what the balance was to pay it off and I paid the balance of R290.00 on the 1 March 2018, Ref no: OA- ********** 8-1. Since then they're still deducting different amounts, sometimes it's R29.00 sometimes R129 or R139. Can anyone sort this out.
