FURIOUS
This is becoming the worst experience Ever with a company. I've been Disconnected Again!!!!!! I don't even want to phone their call center Again after I KEEP having to explain the Same story, and then after agents Confirm to me they see my payment they re-connect my service, only to get disconnected AGAIN after a few days. I even get sent sms text messages telling me I did not pay my installments but I PAID!!!! THIS IS NOT ON!!!!! I NEED FEEDBACK TODAY!!! DSTV WILL HAVE TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. I NEED CONTACT TODAY. The ref. no. i got from dstv's proof of payment dept. is ********** 3. Where they conf'd receipt of my payment. STILL I'M DISCONNECTED.

We confirm the payment of R100.00 dated 27.07.2018 reflects on the account.
However the amount of R85.11 debited on the 20.06.2018 was returned unpaid on the 25.06.2018 which has resulted in the account accumulating a balance in arrears hence the disconnections.
There is a balance of R76.65 due for payment to ensure the account is up to date.

Then On the 29th of June I paid an amount of R129 as the agent informed me I am still short on the outstanding amount of R129. Which i then paid on the 29th of June. See my Proof of payments I emailed it to your "proof of payments" department. Awaiting your feedback.
