Furious 😠

I have only one package [ACCESS] that I am on, but I pay R400 or more. I THOUGHT ACCESS IS LESS THAN R150, insurance is R39, but my insurance is R41, I am charged for 2. Two point installation R70 that I no longer have. I find it hard to contact them. I want to cancel everything except ACCESS.
