Funeral policy

They ****med me...I joined a funeral policy with them, when I wanted to claim after my Dad's passing they said I don't have an insurance with them a month down the line when I wanted a service from them a consultant told me my funeral policy is Active 5 of their consultant told me the same thing ..its been months now the matter have not been resolved...they promised to call me but nothing still since july
