Funeral Cover **** by DSTV

Very Disappointed in the **** that Dstv is running with this false funeral cover plan. I took out a claim for my employee in 2023 and never missed a payment. I just submitted a claim with all the required documents except the Notice of Death form what only family members may claim a copy of and now they are refusing to pay due to this I even went to home affairs and the court and they all confirmed that by law only family members may request a copy and my employee and his family is estranged and for the whole time I known him they had never any communication. I even submitted a affidavit from the sapd to confirm that what i said is true. This is very disappointing taking my premiums but when they must pay they do this.
