FUNERAL COVER

When I wanted to pay my DSTV premium I saw an amount of R834 which I was supposed to pay R150 when I call they say I have join Funeral cover which i dont know of. I WILL NOT PAID FOR SOTHING I NEVER JOIN, REMOVED THAT UNDER MY ACCOUNT OR SEND ME MY SIGNITURE THAT I SIGN FOR THIS.
