Funds not allocated to my account since 27/09/2019
On the 27/09/2019, my Dstv service was suspended. I called Multichoice only to be told that they did not debit my account. I then proceeded to make a direct payment to Multichoice whilst I was on the phone with the agent and I sent the proof of payment and my customer number to the agent on the telephone as well as to the 'proof of payment' email address provide to me by the agent. The agent confirmed that he had received the email with my proof of payment and then activated my services. On the 30th of September, Multichoice debited my account with an amount of R931. I called them and they stated to me that my account is in debit. I explained to the agent that I made a payment of R2000 so I could not understand how this was possible. The agent checked and told me that they have received the proof of payment, however due to the fact that I am a pricelock client, the funds will neee to be allocated to my account by the pricelock department. She gave me a case number ***1-C1 and said that the funds would be allocated shortly as she had escalated the problem. The funds are still not allocated to my account and as a result my services get cut off almost every 2 days then I have to call Multichoice each time to explain that I have sent the proof of payment and after holding for over 40 minutes each time, they activate my service. I have spoken to several managers. A manager by the name of Zain Khan said that he would personally deal with my query but I have never received a call from Multichoice. I call at least 4 times everyday but everybody just passes the buck and says that pricelock has to sort out the problem. I even sent my details to the sms number for pricelock but still nobody calls. This is totally unacceptable!
