Fully Paid Services Suspended without Explanation.

HelloPeter, please allow for 0rating,i dont even want to rate dstv 1star. They are the absolute worst ******* in digital tv. I paid my subscription but they suspended my access, they have my proof of payment, but they still suspend my services first on 7th january 2022,then again on 11th January until now the service is suspended, while they are in full payment. The teamleaders cannot be reached, they dont answer emails, the call center agents cannot assist, because they dont have a clue and dont have authority to do anything, other than to annoy customets. They cant put you through to a team leader(who is authorised) because they work from home and their home devices cannot transfer calls. Its a crime what dstv is doing.
