Full month billing vs billing for usage only

I have had a system for a number of years whereby I would activate/deactivate (via website or telephonically)the smartcard as and when I visit the facility (some weekends and holidays). I cancelled this installation a few months ago due to equipment problems and an account dispute with Multichoice.<br> I am currently considering having a new installation (incl. smartcard) done. When I approached S&J (local Multichoice agent) as to only paying for usage when I activate/deactivate the system, I was advised that it would not be possible and that I will have to pay for a full month regardless of usage. The incidence of ***** was raised as a factor, but I dispute this as, being able to activate/deactivate by the owner is exactly how to combat *****. I would therefore appreciate it if someone from Multichoice can look into the matter, as I want to do an installation at my holiday home on condition that I can activate/deactivate via the website, and that I will only be billed for the service for so long as the smartcard is \active"";NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;879325;1132;5;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/12/07 16:28;15/12/09 8:51;Bad Quality Blu-Ray Discs;;;;We are unhappy with the quality of the discs that Ster Kinekor has been producing in the past year or so, especially with the Disney titles that they distribute.<br> <br> For one thing, the quality of the printing on some of the box art is terrible. We've seen some Disney movies where the cover looks like it was printed on an office inkjet printer. The text on the back of the boxes is equally bad. For example, the blu-ray of 'The Rescuers Down Under' still has all the placeholder text from Disney's original template that Ster Kinekor should have used to advertise the movie. Instead of the usual quotes from film critics, the text on the back just says things like \Insert review quote here\"". If you take a look at the back of the box for \""Inside Out\"""
