Frustration

I bought a new dstv hd decoder onthe 26 /07/2015 walked out of the shop and immediadly phoned to get my dich booked for installation as i will be moving into my new house within the next 5 days the lady took all my details and even repeated my name and cell number and told me they will call within the next 24 hrs i now have phoned them for the past 3 weeks every second day to get the same 24 hrs call back promise long story short my dish is still not installed and i still have not recieved my call back and everytime the need to log all the details over again so overytime is a 5min call ... im now tired of knocking on dead mans door because i feel the service is of extreme poorness and im discusted of level of care ... my ****her bought his last friday and sunday it was installed so is it because he bought a R2500 decoder and i only bought a R700 decoder that im not important ... this is pathetic really
